GymNex Studios is not liable for any injury or health issue that arises from the use of our facilities or services. It is advised to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness regimen.
5. Payment Terms: Membership fees are due on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan chosen. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension of your membership. We accept major credit cards and direct debit for payments.
